Release notes

Updated this week

July 2026

Read responses aloud across Meeds

A speaker control now appears beneath completed AI responses on web and mobile. Meeds uses the best compatible voice installed on your device, keeps speech processing local, and lets you stop or switch messages at any time.

Meeds comes to Apple Watch

Ask Meeds from your wrist, hear responses aloud, and open the app directly from the new circular watch-face complication. Health data refreshes automatically when the Watch app opens. Download Meeds to use the Watch experience.

Six specialist lenses

Nutrition, Sleep, Skin, Fitness, Medication, and Genetics lenses now carry focused expert behavior through a full conversation. Each lens remains separate from personal context, web search, and Deep Research, so you stay in control of what Meeds can use.

Clearer subscription controls

Plan status and subscription management now reflect where you subscribed, with the correct path for App Store and web subscriptions. See the latest options on the Meeds plans page.

More files, understood

Meeds can now process a broader range of health records, documents, spreadsheets, images, and exported data. File understanding includes more reliable PDF extraction and OCR while preserving the same simple upload flow.

Better names for new conversations

New chats receive concise, relevant titles from the conversation itself, making important health threads easier to find later.

Clearer usage and plan tracking

Usage now reflects the active plan with five-hour and weekly reset windows, clearer remaining capacity, and plan-specific upgrade controls.

May 2026

Updated Google Health connections

Google Health data connections received a reliability update so supported metrics can move into Meeds more consistently.

Private conversations keep their boundaries

Private mode now carries its privacy rules through more chat paths while keeping saved profile context and health-memory writes out of the conversation.

More reliable conversation restore

Mobile conversations recover more consistently after navigation, refresh, and app relaunch.

Health memory becomes more useful

Meeds can identify and validate more durable health context from conversations, while keeping memory controls visible to you.

Deep Research arrives

Deep Research adds a longer-form evidence workflow for questions that need broader source review and clearer synthesis. Learn how Meeds approaches evidence on the Research page.

April 2026

Plans and specialist experiences improve

Plan selection and the first specialist chat experiences became available across more of Meeds.

Edit and regenerate conversations

You can revise an earlier prompt and regenerate the answer without losing the surrounding conversation.

Clearer sources and better grounding

Source previews, exact-link handling, and evidence formatting make it easier to inspect what supports a response.

Responses survive a refresh

Server-backed generation allows in-progress answers to recover after a browser refresh or temporary connection interruption.

March 2026

Deeper reasoning, clearer progress

Meeds gained a more consistent reasoning flow and a clearer live trace while complex responses are being prepared.

The Meeds shop gets easier to use

Product browsing and cart behavior were updated across the Meeds site. Visit the Meeds shop.

One Meeds experience across app and web

The company site and Meeds web app moved into a shared release path, creating a more consistent journey from learning about Meeds to using it.
